Former Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM producer Vladamir Louissant is now with the NBC Sports Radio Network in New York City as a sports producer. He joined the organization when they expanded their roster of on-air talent at the start of January.
Louissant worked as the overnight show producer on WQAM for Marc Eisenberg, currently 640 Sports WMEN-AM program director, and Joe Castello from 2003 until 2004. He added duties as the Florida Marlins reporter for the station in the middle of the 2003 season when Josh Friedman was fired. It was being in the right place at the right time for him as the Marlins won the World Series that year. Louissant also became the Florida Panthers reporter for the 2003-04 season. He finished his tenure at the station as a sports producer.
He then went to Los Angeles and was the overnight producer at Fox Sports Radio where he worked on The Third Shift with Jorge Sedano during his time there. Sedano has been the program director at WQAM since August 2012. Louissant also contributed on two overnight shows with David Stein and then with J.T. The Brick until 2011.
