Since leaving South Florida, Costa has worked in several different markets. He worked at several outlets in Denver for the rest of the 2000s. He joined Sirius XM Radio in September 2009 as an afternoon host on Mad Dog Radio and stayed there until October 2013.
He returned to Florida and worked with Pat Paolini as a mid-afternoon co-host on WAOC-AM in St. Augustine from August 2014 to late 2015. Costa had short stints at KFNS-AM in St. Louis as a morning host from March 2016 to April 2016 and with KXTG-AM in Portland, Oregon as an afternoon host from June 2017 to August 2017.
