The Park Vista Cobras travel to face the Boca Raton Bobcats on Friday night. Both schools are in the middle of the pack in the District 10, Class 8A standings.
Park Vista(2-3, 1-1) has performed better on the road than at home this year. The Bobcats are winless at home with a 0-2 record and 2-1 on the road. They come in well rested after having last week off.
The Cobras will rely more on their rushing attack with running back Nick King. Quarterback Tyler Thomas handles the offense and looks to connect passes with wide receivers Aydin Henningham, Mason Proch and Lucas Deininger.
Boca Raton(3-3, 1-1) has been on a roller coaster this season. After winning three of their first four contests, the Bobcats lost in consecutive weeks on the road to Santaluces and Palm Beach Central. They have a record of 3-0 at home this year.
The Bobcats offense is led by Michael Pratt at the quarterback position. He has wide receivers Deltavian Jenkins, Rashawn Baustine, Brandon Holcomb and Jared Moorer to pass the ball to. Running backs Stalens Demeus and Davion Maxwell are expected to get the bulk of the carries from the backfield.
