The Miami Heat stopped the Chicago Bulls 103-96 at United Center on Friday night. The Heat snapped a three-game losing streak with the victory.
Miami(7-11)) had a slight 28-26 lead after one quarter and put it into overdrive as they outscored the Bulls 32-13 in the second for a 60-39 advantage at halftime. Chicago(5-14) had a little bit of a surge during the third quarter and trailed 78-69.
The Heat were led by Josh Richardson with 27 points. Hassan Whiteside compiled a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds while Bam Adebayo had 14 points and 13 rebounds. Justin Holiday put together a double-double with 27 points and 13 rebounds for the Bulls.
