The Miami Heat blew a 23-point lead and lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 113-98 at American Airlines Arena on Friday night. The Bucks have the best record in the National Basketball Association. The Heat have lost two of their last three games.
Miami(32-36) raced out to a 37-19 lead at the end of one quarter and were ahead 62-42 by halftime. Milwaukee(52-17) make it a game and were down 80-79 after three quarters. The Bucks went on a 16-6 run at the start of the fourth quarter with a couple of three-pointers and outscored the Heat 34-18 in the final frame.
Giannis Antetokounmpo almost completed a triple-double for the Bucks with game-highs of 33 points, 16 rebounds and nine assists. Justice Winslow led the Heat with 20 points while Hassan Whiteside had a double-double of 14 points along with 11 rebounds.
