The Treasure Coast Titans defeated the Glades Central Raiders 12-7 on Saturday in West Palm Beach. It was the second two-quarter contest for the Raiders.
The first quarter belonged to Glades Central. Quarterback Marion Moreland placed a 10-yard pass to wide receiver Desna Washington on the right side of the end zone at 4:04.
The Titans controlled the second quarter as they scored on the first play. Fullback Keegan Davis blasted through the middle from two yards out at the 11:48 mark and they trailed 7-6.
Treasure Coast would score on their next possession with 8:48 remaining to go ahead 12-7. Quarterback Jonius Watkins rushed to his right and then down the right sideline for a 50-yard touchdown.
The Raiders had one last chance to regain the lead in the final two minutes of the game like they did in their earlier victory over Plantation. The drive for Glades Central stopped at the Titans 20-yard line with 30 seconds to go as they failed on a fourth-down attempt.
