The Miami Heat finished their short two-game road trip and were blitzed by the Philadelphia 76ers 113-86 at Wells Fargo Center on Saturday night. The Heat had their winning streak snapped at five games.
Philadelphia(11-5) sprinted out to a 28-13 lead after one quarter. They stayed ahead 55-35 by halftime. The Sixers went on a 25-8 spurt to begin the second half and Miami(11-4) were down 92-59 after the third quarter.
The Heat were led by Tyler Herro with a team-high 20 points. Goran Dragic dropped in 18 points while Jimmy Butler added 11 points. Josh Richardson burned his former team with a game-high 32 points for the 76ers. Joel Embiid compiled a double-double for Philly with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
