The Miami Heat outscored the Chicago Bulls 110-105 in overtime at American Airlines Arena on Sunday night. The Heat, who remained undefeated at home this season with a 10-0 record, have won five of their last six games.
Chicago(8-16) moved up ahead 25-16 at the end of one quarter and had a slight 49-47 lead at halftime. Miami(17-6) would get the lead 74-73 at the end of three quarters. Both clubs exchanged the lead several times in the final minute of the fourth and it went into overtime. The Heat had a 13-8 spurt in the extra frame.
Tyler Herro dropped in a game-high 27 points for Miami. Jimmy Butler pumped in 23 points while Bam Adebayo put together a double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds. The Bulls were led by Lauri Markkanen as he delivered 22 points.
