The Pacific Division got by the Atlantic Division 5-4 on Saturday night to capture the NHL All-Star Game at Enterprise Ccnter in St. Louis. The lone representative from the Florida Panthers was left wing Jonathan Huberdeau.
He had one goal in the deciding 3-on-3 format game against Jacob Markstrom of the Vancouver Canucks. He made it 2-0 at 1:29 of the first period as he put in a forehand shot from the crease area on a feed from Brady Tkachuk of the Ottawa Senators from behind the cage. Huberdeau added an assist to David Pastrnak of the Boston Bruins with 47 seconds left in the first for a 3-1 lead.
The Atlantic Division defeated the Metropolitan Division 9-5 in the first contest of the night. Huberdeau ended up with a tally at the 4:48 mark of the second period that tied it up 5-5.
