The Miami Heat easily defeated the Indiana Pacers 122-108 on Wednesday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. It was the beginning of a three-game road trip for the Heat. They are now second in the Eastern Conference.
Miami(27-10) had a 31-23 advantage after one quarter and led 62-49 at halftime. The Heat extended it to 80-56 with over six minutes left in the third quarter. Indiana(23-15) was behind 100-72 at the end of three quarters.
Tyler Herro led the Heat with 19 points. Bam Adebayo fell short of a double-double as he compiled 18 points and nine rebounds. Derrick Jones Jr. drained in 18 points and Duncan Robinson had 17. Domantas Sabonis had a game-high 27 points and 14 rebounds for the Pacers.
