The Miami Heat downed the Orlando Magic 102-89 at Amway Center on Saturday night. Miami defeated the Magic for the second time in the last six days. The Heat will return home to face the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday before embarking on a six-game road trip.
Miami(33-15) got out to a 28-25 advantage after one quarter and stayed in front 57-49 at halftime. Orlando(21-28) could not dent the deficit during the second half.
Jimmy Butler helped the Heat with a game-high 24 points while Tyler Herro added 23 points. Meyers Leonard was a big surprise with a double-double of 18 points and 14 rebounds. Aaron Gordon dropped in 24 points for the Magic and Nikola Vucevic fell short of a double-double with 21 points along with nine rebounds.
