Marlins Playing In Buffalo

     The Miami Marlins will be playing a Major League Baseball game in Buffalo for the first time ever. They will face the Toronto Blue Jays in their home opener on Tuesday night. The Miami Dolphins have played an annual NFL game in Buffalo against the Bills every year since 1966. 

     The Blue Jays are playing their home games for the 2020 season in Buffalo. It was due to the coronavirus pandemic and that the government of Canada would not allow games to be played in Toronto. Buffalo has not held a top-level professional baseball regular season contest since the Federal League in 1915.
