South Florida Football Playoffs Second Round

     The South Florida High School Football Playoffs continue with the second round this week. 24 tri-county high schools in Palm Beach County, Broward County and Dade County remain. 

     There are 12 teams left in Broward County. Dade County has seven schools remaining while Palm Beach County has five. 

     The Class 8A gold bracket will have #5 Monarch at #1 Columbus and #3 Deerfield Beach at #2 Western. The silver bracket has #5 Miami at #1 Palm Beach Gardens and #3 Coral Gables at #2 Boca Raton. 

     The Class 7A gold bracket consists of #4 Miramar heading to #1 Atlantic and #3 Dwyer going to #2 Plantation. The silver bracket slate is #5 Fort Lauderdale visiting #1 Blanche Ely while #3 South Broward going to #2 Everglades. 

     The Class 6A-1A gold bracket has # 2 Dillard hosting #3 Glades Central while #4 North Miami Beach is at #1 Killian. The silver bracket has #4 North Miami Norland at #1 Hallandale and #3 Miami Springs at #2 Coconut Creek.
