The Florida Panthers have re-signed defenseman Lucas Carlsson to a one-year, two-way contract. The deal is worth the $750,000 in the NHL or $150,000 in the AHL.
Carlsson was acquired along with Lucas Wallmark from the Chiicago Blackhawks back on April 8 in a five-player deal. He was at Syracuse in the American Hockey League for the remainder of the 2020-21 season. Carlsson has played 18 games with the Blackhawks and has two assists during his NHL career.
