Jeff DeForrest Joins Greenlite Ventures

     Longtime South Florida sports radio host Jeff DeForrest has joined Greenlite Ventures, Inc. He will hold the title of director of podcast operations with that organization. DeForrest will also co-host a weekly podcast with Brandon Lang on their new sports and gaming network. 

     He along with his on-air associate and producer Mike Lubitz will continue their South Florida Live programs on Facebook and YouTube channels. DeForrest also will still co-host shows with former South Florida Sun-Sentinel sportswriter, news columnist and food critic Michael Mayo. 

     DeForrest has worked as an on-air personality and hosted radio shows on many different radio stations over the past 40 years. He has been on WINZ-FM. WIOD-AM, WQAM-AM, WFTL-AM, WAXY-AM, WSBR-AM, WWNN-AM, WMEN-AM, WINZ-AM and WBZT-AM. DeForrest has worked at Five Reasons Sports Network as a morning podcast host since October 2021.
