West Palm Beach Ratings October 2023

     The ratings were released for the West Palm Beach area sports talk radio stations. The time span went from the second week of September until the second week of October. There was a tie between the two registered radio stations in the market for the third time in the last four months. 

     Fox Sports 640 South Florida WMEN-AM moved from a 0.2 to a 0.4 in the period. The Florida Atlantic University football team struggled losing three of their first four games and had a 2-3 record. The school played their first football game in the American Athletic Conference. 

     Sports Radio 1230 The Gambler WBZT-AM was at a 0.2 for 13 consecutive months and rose to a 0.4. The Miami Marlins were able to reach the National League Playoffs as the second Wild-Card team. They were eliminated in two games during the first round by the Philadelphia Phillies. The University of Florida Gators football team had a 4-2 record and a 1-2 record in the SEC.
