The Miami Heat television broadcasts on Sun Sports will include Jorge Sedano and John Crotty as studio co-hosts for all road games this upcoming season. Jason Jackson will remain the studio host for Heat home games at the American Airlines Arena, however he will be a sideline reporter for road games. Jackson and Crotty shared studio co-host duties in Miami Heat playoff games this past season.
Sedano has been a sports anchor with WFOR-TV Channel 4 for several years and previously was the radio studio host for the Miami Heat Radio Network until 2007. He has worked as a sports talk host at 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM, Fox Sports Radio, WRFX-AM 940 Fox Sports Radio and 1700 The Fan WAFN-AM.
Crotty is currently the radio analyst alongside Mike Inglis on the Miami Heat Radio Network. He was with seven NBA teams in his career, which included the Heat back in the 1996-97 season. He helped that team win their first division title in franchise history and appear in the Eastern Conference Finals. Crotty, a University of Virginia grad, played high school basketball with Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, New Jersey.
