Former Florida International University radio football analyst Rich Sanchez will be joining RT America as a weekday studio host on October 22. He worked for three seasons alongside Tony Calatayud from 2011 to 2013.
Sanchez is most known for being a weekday news anchor on WSVN-TV Channel 7 during the 1980s and 1990s. He was a studio host on several national cable television networks which included MSNBC, CNN, Fox News Channel, Fox News Latino, Mundo Fox and America TeVe.
He did have a stint as a local studio host and news anchor on WTVJ-TV Channel 6 in the mid 2000s. Sanchez found a role as an afternoon show host and later a late morning show host on News Radio 610 WIOD-AM earlier this decade.
