Major League Baseball has announced that they have cancelled the 2020 All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The contest was to be played in July and was suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Los Angeles was awarded the 2022 MLB All-Star Game. Atlanta was already slated to host the event next year. The last time the Major League Baseball All-Star Game was not played was in 1945 due to World War II.
