Ryan Cook Released By Marlins

     Relief pitcher Ryan Cook was released by the Miami Marlins on Monday. He signed a minor-league deal with the club in January after playing in Japan during the 2019 season. 

     Cook was in Major League Baseball for six seasons. He lasted played in the majors with the Seattle Mariners in 2018. Cook was previously with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Oakland A's and Boston Red Sox.
