The Palm Beach Central Broncos walloped the Jupiter Warriors 46-7 on Monday night at Broncos Stadium in a FHSAA Class 4M regional quarterfinal game. The game was switched to Monday night because of the limited practices by both Palm Beach County high schools due to Hurricane Nicole. The top-seeded Broncos will host the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Eagles in a regional semifinal.
It was a defensive battle between both teams to begin the contest as Palm Beach Central(10-1) was ahead 10-0 at halftime. The Broncos were able to extend their lead over Jupiter(5-6) in the second half with a 36-7 barrage during the third quarter for a 39-point margin.
