West Palm Beach Market Radio Falls

     The West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County region has dipped in the United States top 50 radio market population rankings. The area fell from #47 to #49 this month and was surpassed by Greensboro at #47 and Oklahoma City at #48. 

     West Palm Beach was once #49 back in 2005 and rose to a better number in 2006 due to the population leaving New Orleans over a 12-month span because of the impact of Hurricane Katrina. Palm Beach County did drop from #47 to #48 in October 2017 and would later improve back to #47.
