The Chaminade-Madonna Lions pounded the Avant Garde Sharks 48-0 on Friday night at Vince Zappone Field in Hollywood. It was a FHSAA Class 1M regional quarterfinal contest between both Broward County high schools.
Chaminade-Madonna(10-0) piled up the points and were up 35-0 by halftime. Avant Garde(6-4) was unable to gain any ground during the second half as the Lions added 13 more points in the third quarter.
