Dillard Tops Blanche Ely In 2026 Soul Bowl

     The Dillard Tigers topped the Blanche Ely Tigers xx-xx in the 2026 Soul Bowl at Otis Gray Jr. Memorial Stadium in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday. The Panthers were victorious for the second straight time between both teams. 

     The all-time Soul Bowl series is now tied at 28-28-1. It was the 10th consecutive season that the Soul Bowl happened at an on-campus venue and not at a one-time neutral site such as Lockhart Stadium. 

     It was the third straight year that the Soul Bowl was not the last regular season game of the season played in Broward County. This was the only high school football contest played in South Florida today. 

     Dillard(5-3) carried the play for most of the game. They had a comfortable 28-9 lead early in the fourth quarter against Blanche Ely(5-3) 

     The Tigers will visit the Stranahan Dragons two weeks from now. The Panthers will travel to take on the Southridge Spartans in two weeks.
