Both teams combined for 10 runs in three games at Wrigley Field in Chicago from August 5 to August 7. Miami will attempt to accomplish a three-game win streak tomorrow for the first time since early July.
Chicago(62-85) struck in the top of the third to go up 2-0. They got a two-run homer to center field by Christopher Morel.
Miami(61-87) piled on five runs in the bottom of that frame. Jon Berti connected on a solo home run to left-center field on a 2-1 pitch. Five batters later, Bryan De La Cruz smashed a grand-slam homer to right-center field on a full count. The Fish added two more runs in the bottom of the fourth for a 7-2 lead.
