Former South Florida sports host Rocco Pendola is now a columnist at The Street.com. He was the evening host at Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM for one year during the mid-1990's. Pendola began his broadcasting career as a sports host in Buffalo where he worked at WJJL-FM, WMJQ-FM and WGR-AM.
After his stint with WQAM, Pendola moved on to WEAE-AM in Pittsburgh, KTCK-AM in Dallas and Sportsfan Radio Network in Las Vegas. He then went to college in the San Francisco area and was a part-time host at KSJO-FM.
