Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has signed a four-year contract with the Miami Dolphins worth $30.275 million. Miami also holds a fifth-year option on the deal. He may be the starting quarterback for the team at the start of the 2020 regular season.
The Dolphins selected Tagovailoa fifth overall in the 2020 NFL Draft back on April 23. Tagovailoa helped the University of Alabama Crimson Tide defeat the University of Georgia Bulldogs in the 2017 CFP National Championship game during his freshman year.
