Heat Burn Timberwolves

     The Miami Heat got by the Minnesota Timberwolves 95-94 at Target Center on Sunday night. The Heat played their third game of the six-game road swing and snapped a three-game losing streak. 
     Miami(4-5) ran out to a 27-20 lead during the first quarter. The Heat still led the contest 52-51 at halftime. 
     It was a low-scoring third quarter as Minnesota(6-4) outscored their opponent 20-16 and led 71-68. The Heat went on a 15-6 run in the final 4:58 of the fourth quarter to pick up the victory. Nikita Jovic placed in the go-ahead free throw with 7.1 seconds remaining. 
     Tyler Herro had a game-high 26 points along with six rebounds for Miami. Jovic came off the bench and dropped in 15 points. Bam Adebayo finished with nine points, seven rebounds and seven assists. 
     Anthony Edwards poured in 22 points for the Timberwolves in the defeat. His new teammate Julius Randle ended up with 17 points, six assists and six rebounds.
