The Miami Heat will have to play eight games to complete the regular season at the Walt Disney World complex southwest of Orlando. A possible proposal to complete the campaign is to continue the 2019-20 season schedule facing against any of the 22 NBA clubs invited to the area.
The Heat could have a slate in the same order as they had during the regular season. The remaining regular season rundown for Miami may be the Milwaukee Bucks, Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, Boston Celtics, Pacers(again), Celtics(again) and possibly Toronto Raptors.
It could also be a round-robin of facing all the other eight Eastern Conference teams in attendance just once. That scenario would include the Bucks, Pacers, Celtics, Raptors, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, Orlando Magic and Washington Wizards. It would be competitive and there would be a better chance for teams to change their seedings for the upcoming NBA Playoffs.
