The Miami Heat downed the Orlando Magic 93-83 at FTX Arena on Sunday. The Heat continued their four-game homestand during the holiday season.
Orlando(7-27) had a 24-22 edge at the end of one quarter. Miami(21-13) then led by 42-39 at halftime. The Heat outscored the Magic 30-21 in the third quarter to go up 72-60.
Jimmy Butler returned to the lineup with a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Heat. Caleb Martin dropped in 17 points while Max Strus and Gabe Vincent both had 13 points each. Omer Yurtseven compiled a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds. Gary Harris led the Magic with a game-high 20 points.
