Sid Rosenberg Suspended By WQAM
WQAM afternoon talk host Sid Rosenberg has been suspended by the station through the end of 2011. People were aware that he would not work the week of Thanksgiving. It was a surprise that he did not return to the air on Monday after being two weeks away. Rosenberg continues as the morning sports anchor at WINS-AM in New York City. In addition, he appeared on the Tony Bruno midday show on WPEN-AM in Philadelphia on Wednesday as a guest. WQAM producer and weekend host Marc Eisenberg filled in for Rosenberg during the two-week period and Channing Crowder joined him as a co-host for this week. Rosenberg joined WQAM in 2009 for middays and moved to the afternoon post in June 2010.
