Marlins Top Nationals

     It took ten innings for the Miami Marlins to get past the Washington Nationals at Marlins Park on Saturday night. The Fish had been outscored 19-4 in their previous two games.
     In the fourth inning, Miami(45-61) garnered one run. Yadiel Rivera hit a sacrifice fly into right field for J.T. Realmuto to score.
     Washington(52-52) tied the contest up in the ninth inning. Daniel Murphy knocked in Bryce Harper with a single through the right side with one out.
     The Marlins scored the winning run in the bottom of the tenth. Realmuto lined a base hit to right field which brought in Magneuris Sierra.
