Former Miami sportscaster Jorge Sedano will move from the morning shift to the afternoon shift at KSPN-AM in Los Angeles on September 4. He has been with that station as a morning co-host alongside Keyshawn Johnson and LZ Granderson since September 2016.
Sedano was a sports talk host in Miami for 13 years. He worked at 1700 The Fan WAFN-AM from 1999 to December 2000. It included a stint in the last six months as a sports host. He served as a sports host on Fox Sports Radio 940 WRFX-AM from 2002 until the station changed their format in July 2004. Sedano added duties as a morning sports anchor at News Radio 610 WIOD-AM, studio host of the Miami Heat Radio Network and an overnight host on Fox Sports Radio. He would leave Clear Channel Miami in July 2007.
He joined Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM in August 2007 as a midday host. Sedano was elevated to the morning shift in April 2009 and stayed with that organization until April 2012. He was the program director and afternoon host at Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM from August 2012 to August 2013. He landed at ESPN Radio as an evening co-host with Mark Schlereth in September 2013. Sedano would work there until September 2016.
