2025 MLB All-Star Game

The National League defeated the American League 7-6 in the 2025 Major League Baseball All-Star Game at Truist Park in Atlanta on Tuesday night. It was the 95th edition of the Midsummer Classic and the first held in Atlanta since 2000.
The National League was victorious in MLB All-Star Game for the second time in the last three years. The American League had won 10 of the past 11 contests entering tonight.
The game was tied 6-6 at the end of nine innings. The contest would be decided for first time ever in a home run derby swing-off tiebreaker.
Brent Rooker of the Athletics started off with two homers for the American League. Miami Marlins outfielder Kyle Stowers responded for the National League with one home run and they were down 2-1 after one round.
Randy Arozarena of the Seattle Mariners picked up one home run to give the A.L. a 3-1 advantage. Kyle Schwarber of the Philadelphia Phillies answered back with three home runs on three swinging attempts and the N.L. led 4-3.
The National League clinched the win when Jonathan Aranda of the Tampa Bay Rays and the American League failed to hit a home run during the third round. Pete Alonso of the New York Mets was not needed to bat in the third round for the National League.
