Ben Sims Joining Seahawks

Former Miami Dolphins tight end Ben Sims has inked a contract with the Seattle Seahawks. He will be placed on their practice squad.

The Dolphins signed Sims to a deal when the NFL yearly calendar began on March 11. He played in a couple of Miami preseason contests, placed on injured reserve on September 2 and eventually was waived by the club with an injury designation on September 10.
