Marlins Open New Stadium

The Marlins opened up their new stadium in Miami earlier this week for some exhibition games. Following a high school game involving two local Dade County schools on Monday, the Miami Marlins played against the Florida International University Panthers on Tuesday night and the University of Miami Hurricanes on Wednesday night. The New York Yankees will play two exhibition games as they take on the Miami Marlins March 31 and April 1. The Marlins will play their first regular-season game on opening day April 4 as they host the defending World Series champion St. Louis Cardinals.
