The Fort Lauderdale Strikers played to a 0-0 draw with the Atlanta Silverbacks on Saturday night at Lockhart Stadium. Both teams remained tied for third place in the NASL with seven points. The Strikers stayed unbeaten in their last six games they have faced Atlanta.
It was the first game for the Strikers at home following two consecutive games in Canada. They outshot their opponent eight to six in this contest. The Strikers next game will be on May 16 as they travel to Al Lang Stadium to take on their in-state rivals the Tampa Bay Rowdies in the first of three meetings of the annual Florida Derby.
