After no scoring in the third quarter, the National poured on 17 points in the fourth quarter. Palm Beach Gardens quarterback Eli Matthews threw a 34-yard touchdown pass to West Boca Raton wide receiver Shavon Taylor and cut the American lead to 17-10 at the 10:51 mark. Kings Academy running back Will Bayonne tied the game 17-17 for the National as he rushed in from eight yards out with 6:15 remaining in the fourth.
