The Miami Heat concluded a four-game road trip with a 111-107 defeat to the Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena on Saturday night. The Heat have lost three consecutive games and five of their last seven.
Detroit(25-26) had a 27-26 lead after one quarter and stayed ahead 54-50 at halftime. Miami(29-24) came back and got in front 77-76 after three quarters. The Pistons outscored the Heat 35-30 in the final quarter to win the game.
Goran Dragic dropped a game-high 33 points for the Heat. Kelly Olynyk and Josh Richardson both collected 19 points each while James Johnson came off the bench and popped in 18 points. Ish Smith drained a team-high 25 ponts and Andre Drummond compiled a double-double with 23 points with 20 rebounds. Blake Griffin almost got a double-double with 16 points, nine rebounds and seven assists.
