Miami Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM program director Ryan Maguire is exiting from the radio station. He will become the director of news and programming for KIRO-FM in Seattle on March 12.
Maguire has been the program director at WQAM since May 2015. He was recently named in 19th place for being the best program director of a sports station in the country by Barrett Sports Media in 2017. He ended up at 18th place in 2016.
He was the program director at KDKA-FM in Pittsburgh from November 2012 until April 2015. Maguire also had program director stints at WTKA-AM along with WLBY-AM in Ann Arbor, WSSP-AM in Milwaukee and KCSP-AM in Kansas City.
