Anderson was with the Marlins for six seasons from 2017 until 2022. He played in 531 games with the Fish during his time in South Florida and had 57 home runs along with 233 runs batted in. Anderson helped the club reach the postseason in 2020 for the first time in 17 years. He ended up with eight homers, 28 runs batted in and a .222 batting average last season with Miami.
