Shohei Ohtani 50/50 Club Ball Sold

The Shohei Ohtani 50/50 Club home run ball has been sold by auctioneer Goldin Auctions for $2.3 million. Christian Zacek, the fan who caught the ball behind the left-field fence, is expected to make around $2 million.
Ohtani become the first player to reach the 50/50 Club when the Los Angeles Dodgers faced the Miami Marlins on September 19 at loanDepot park. Ohtani stole his 50th stolen base of the season earlier in the same contest.
