Gaby Sanchez Demoted

    The Miami Marlins have sent first baseman Gaby Sanchez to their Triple-A affiliate in New Orleans on Sunday. Sanchez had been in the starting lineup against Cleveland on Saturday. He was hitting .197 with one home run and 11 RBI. His on-base percentage was .244 and slugging percentage was .295 this season.
