The New York Mets shut out the Miami Marlins for the second time in three games as they won 4-0 on Saturday at Marlins Park. The Fish, who have lost three of their last four games, are now 3-6 on their current ten-game homestand.
Jacod deGrom picked up his first major league victory as he pitched seven scoreless innings, surrendered five hits and struck out seven. Tom Koehler dropped to 5-6 as he allowed two runs on four hits in seven innings pitched for Miami(37-37).
