Marlins Shut Out Phillies

     The Miami Marlins finished a three-game series with Philadelphia as they beat the Phillies l-0 at Marlins Park on Thursday night. The Fish won for the second straight night while Philadelphia(57-96) has lost eight of their last nine games.
     The only scoring in the game was done by Miami(66-87) during the seventh inning against Alec Asher. Derek Dietrich hit a ball on the end of his bat softly down the third-base line for an infield single with one out. He scored the winning run when J.T. Realmuto tripled into the right-center field gap.
