Former South Florida sports talk host Dan Sileo has left the morning show at XEPRS-AM in San Diego. He joined that station back in February 2014 and was a San Diego Padres Radio Network weekday pregame studio host for the 2015 season.
Sileo made several stops in South Florida prior to his arrival in San Diego. He became the afternoon host at Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM in April 2012 and was moved to the midday shift in September 2012. He was a postgame studio analyst on the Miami Hurricanes Radio Network during the 2012 season. Sileo was fired by WQAM in March 2013.
He landed at 640 Sports WMEN-AM as a midday host in early August 2013. His reign was short there and was let go in November 2013.
Sileo worked at several different radio stations before moving to Miami. He was in San Francisco and worked as a sports host at KNBR-AM and KTCT-AM. Sileo made his way to WFXJ-AM in Jacksonville and was the late morning host during the early 2000s. He joined the Clear Channel Orlando in October 2002 and worked the morning shift at several stations which included WQTM-AM, WFLF-AM and WYGM-AM until October 2010. Sileo added duties as the WDAE-AM morning host in Tampa during that time and stayed there until March 2012.
