Running back Amari Daniels is expected to get the majority of rushing opportunities. Wide receiver Yulkeith Brown can make pass receptions down the field. Linebacker Wesley Bissainthe and safety Eddlin Lollar will lead the Rockets defense.
Miami Northwestern(0-0) have captured the state title in their last three seasons. They moved down to a lower classification and picked up their seventh overall state championship with a victory over Jones in the title game. Quarterback Taron Dickens will attempt to find wide receiver Romello Brinson and tight end Khalil Brantley on passes. The Bulls defense has talented players that includes safety Tim Burns Jr., safety Kam Kinchens, defensive end Ja'corey Hammett, linebacker Terrence Lewis and cornerback Travis McNichols.
