Florida Panthers 2021-22 Schedule

The National Hockey League released their regular season schedule for the 2021-22 season. All 32 NHL teams received their slate of 82 games each.
The Florida Panthers return back to the Atlantic Division following a shortened regular season of 56 games in the Central Division during 2020-21. They finished fourth in the NHL and second in the Central Division last season.
The Panthers will begin the 2021-22 campaign at home on October 14 against the Pittsburgh Penguins followed by the New York Islanders on October 16.
The two-time Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning will visit Sunrise on December 30 and April 24. The Cats play in Tampa on October 19 and November 13. Both clubs met each for the first time ever in the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season where the Bolts prevailed in six games.
Florida Panthers will play two games at home and two games away versus most of their Atlantic Division foes. The exception is the Boston Bruins will visit South Florida once this season on October 27 while the Cats heads to Toronto once on March 27.
The Panthers will challenge all Metropolitan Division clubs three times. The team rotation order used from 2013 to 2020 has been changed. Florida hosts the Philadelphia Flyers, Washington Capitals, New York Islanders and Columbus Blue Jackets twice and visit them once. The Pittsburgh Penguins, New York Rangers, New Jersey Devils and Carolina Hurricanes arrive in Sunrise one time while the Panthers go to those places twice.
They will have one contest in Sunrise and one contest away facing each Western Conference club. It includes the Seattle Kraken who is the newest team in the National Hockey League. Florida hosts them on November 27 and travel to Seattle on January 23.
The Panthers have 41 home games in the 2021-22 season. 14 games will be on Thursdays and 11 games will be on Saturdays.
