The Palm Beach Post announced on Monday that Jodie Wagner has been named a high school sports reporter for the newspaper. She joins Anthony Chiang, who moved from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel to the Palm Beach Post back in September 2013, on the same beat covering Palm Beach County high school sports.
They replaced Matt Porter and Jeff Greer as both held the high school sports position at the Palm Beach Post from July 2010 until 2013. Porter was elevated to the University of Miami Hurricanes beat reporter in early July 2013 while Greer left to Palm Beach Post in October 2013 for the University of Louisville Cardinals beat reporter for the Louisville Courier-Journal.
Wagner has worked at the Palm Beach Post since 1996. She has held several positions which included copy writer, high school sports reporter, youth sports blogger, Neighborhood Post staffer and community news reporter.
