The Andy Slater Show announced that former Miami Marlins television analyst Tommy Hutton will join the program heard on Miami Sports 940 WINZ-AM every Monday as of February 29. Slater has hosted a show at that station since January 2014.
Hutton was the television analyst for the Marlins franchise from 1997 until 2015 and worked alongside play-by-play announcers Joe Angel, Dave O'Brien, Len Kasper and Rich Waltz. He had done prior television work with the Montreal Expos, New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays.
